USAGE CHARGES
Periodically you will see that your card will get charged a flat rate, in addition to your subscription, for usage charges.
The flat rate (Shown in US Dollars ($) is depending on the Auto Recharge you set in the Billing Section (see below).
The current Phone, SMS & Usage charges are:
PHONE
UK Phone Number Rental ~£1–£3 per month
Aimee (Voice AI) ~ 1.6p per minute
SMS
Outbound SMS ~4–5p per SMS
Inbound SMS ~1–3p per SMS
Outbound Calls ~1–3p per minute
Note these charges apply to 160 characters, many of the preset SMS (i.e. Recall Reminders) exceed 160 characters hence ~9.5p per SMS is a more realistic charge.
EMAIL
Outbound Email ~0.05p per Email

WALLET & TRANSACTIONS | CANCELLATION
You can view your subscription & usage charges at all times via the 'Billing Section'.
To access your billing - navigate to SETTINGS
Then to BILLING where you can view your monthly Subscription
PAYMENTS - Which are all the payments you have made to date.
And WALLET & TRANSACTIONS - Where you can drill down into your usage charges (i.e email / SMS / Voice AI etc)
Note - these charges are in US Dollars ($) as they are billed by High Level (the system platform) through Practice Autopilot.
